Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Fit Me Up account and all associated data directly from within the app, or by contacting our support team.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your meal logs, progress data, body stats, and subscription information will be permanently removed.
Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Fit Me Up app on your device.
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation bar, rightmost tab).
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app, send a deletion request to:
fitmeup.admin@gmail.com
Include your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account credentials (email, password)
- All meal logs and food entries
- Body stats, weight history, and progress data
- Profile information (name, goals, preferences)
- XP history and social data (follows, leaderboard entries)
- Subscription records (note: cancellation through Play Store/App Store is separate)
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Play Store or App Store subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately through the respective store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
